This position is responsible for performing day to day legal support, contract
management/administration, legal compliance and the company's internal control activities by following department manager’s instruction, the company's strategy and policies in order to achieve company objectives.
-By performing legal secretarial and administrative duties.
-By preparing legal documents, contracts, briefs and general correspondence; and by maintaining files and schedules.
-By reviewing, creating and providing advice on contracts.
-By overseeing the specific mandates in a contract and make sure that all parties involved fulfill obligations to which they agreed.
-By completing a closeout process to ensure that the contract has been ended in an appropriate manner when the contract has been fulfilled, and by making proper record keeping.
-By assisting Legal Manager in the area of legal dispute management (including legal claims and lawsuits).
-By assisting in the development and implementation of compliance programs (including antitrust laws, but excluding product specific laws compliance such as TSCA, FDA, DOT, OSHA, and CBP) for the organization, and by hosting applicable compliance seminars.
-By assisting GM of Corporate Planning Division in managing the company's corporate management such as but not limited to Decision Making System Management, Company Organization Management and Company Policy Management
