Job Description The legal industry is changing and Elevate’s Management Consulting Group are already some of the most respected leaders in the sector delivering first class strategic advice in support of our customers goals and aims. As Elevate expands, the Consulting Group is looking to hire an experienced Consultant with excellent strategy and change experience and skills.

As a Paralegal, you will be part of an Elevate team of attorneys, contract specialists, project managers, and business process specialists providing full life cycle contract support to various in house law departments.  You will assist with contract review, administration, data capture, and reporting. You will participate in efforts to build more efficient contracting processes for our clients and updating their contract infrastructure.

  • Specifically You Will...

  • Review contracts against established standards, create comparisons, redlines, and risk assessments
  • Facilitate escalation and resolution of unresolved issues.
  • Manage contract approvals, signatures, and recording.
  • Update playbooks and templates.
  • Negotiate or assist in the negotiation of different contract types for which we have developed playbooks and templates.
  • Compile data and information from completed contracts and projects and prepare reports and dashboards showing progress towards established client goals and metrics.
  • Assist with development of searchable data bases and other knowledge services projects for customers, using SharePoint and other collaboration tools.
  • Assist with management of contract obligations post execution and prepare compliance reports.
  • Assist as special projects arise, noting that such projects might involve basic litigation support, research, compliance, M&A, or other areas of law per company needs.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of paralegal experience, including experience as a commercial contract contracts administrator plus solid legal research and drafting skills.
  • Excellent track record in previous client support/customer service engagements.
  • Technical skills:

  • Experience with Microsoft Products like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Some experience with contract management software, especially Ariba, and workflow tools, such as Tracker, is a plus.
  • Facility capturing, organizing, and working with data.
  • Qualifications:

  • Paralegal certificate.
