Job Description Requirements include • working knowledge of compliance and operational risk processes, especially in compliance and risk monitoring, quality assurance, surveillance and related testing-type areas; • ability to analyze new or changed rules/policies, pair them with applicable business processes and devise approaches to monitor controls for performance and risk mitigation; • strong organizational and time management skills - meets deadlines and works well under pressure in a fast paced environment; • strong research and documentation skills; • high level skills in acquiring, arranging and analyzing data; • high-quality written and verbal communication skills, including effective management reporting; • previous experience in preparing and presenting training and developing policies and procedures; • strong organizational skills; • experience managing projects including task lists, timelines and milestones and the ability to engage in several projects at one time; • sound judgment and problem solving abilities; • analytical and problem solving capabilities with the ability to prioritize and escalate issues appropriately; • ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder groups across management levels and organizational structures; • transaction monitoring and surveillance experience; • effective oral/written communication, interpersonal and professional skills; • ability to communicate clearly to all levels in a fast paced environment; • ability to work well in a team-oriented environment; • successful track record of delivering work which meets or exceeds quality standards and achieving results that meet or exceed expectations; • ability to make difficult decisions and deliver challenging messages; • knowledge of and experience working with the Bank's compliance and operational policies and procedures
Job Requirements

job responsibilities will assist in review and preparation of International Trade Services and Operations transaction escalation and UAR and Antiboycott reports; assist preparation for exams and audits; prepare and gather documents to respond to regulatory inquiries; review marketing materials; assist with the review and documentation of Compliance Requirements; prepare monthly and annual packages to meet Trade Services Compliance requirements; prepare dashboard reports on escalated transaction reviews and UAR/Antiboycott statistics and filing for upper management; liaise with other LOB Compliance teams to ensure adherence with required standards; participate on and potentially manage special projects.
