We are currently seeking a Project Coordinator to work in our Interiors Division at our office in Cincinnati, OH.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing and entering orders, as well as communicating with customers and consultants.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Manage projects on assigned accounts and ensure on time completion
  • Receive and audit purchase orders and identify/communicate discrepancies as necessary
  • Coordinate meetings with staff and customers for ongoing projects
  • Manage/maintain project reports, order entries, and measurements
  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role preferred
  • Ability to meet firm project deadlines
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook required. Preferable experience with AS400
