Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

Prepares monthly reports for management and departments Ensures accurate data gathering and reviews for inconsistencies in information Prepares in-depth costs and profitability analyses Actively contributes in the compilation, analysis, monitoring and reporting of key financial statistics Assists with the creation and improvement of standard reporting of metrics to be used by internal management Assists with the integration of project management and budgeting process Supports various ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives as needed Assists with various special projects and financial analyses as required Other duties as assigned

Job RequirementsPosition Requirements and Desired Skills:

Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or Math Previous Financial Analyst experience a plus Knowledge of Elite, billing, accounting or reporting a plus Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; use of Microsoft Access and SQL a plus Excellent oral and written communication skills

Accuracy, attention to detail and good organizational skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Strong time-management skills and ability to multi-task

Strong client service focus and ability to work effectively in a team environment

Self-motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision

Various physical activity may be required
