Job Description Miller-Valentine Construction is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to assist in the overall administrative and technical direction of one or more projects. The Assistant Project Manager will have responsibility for specific portions of a construction project on a day-to-day basis. Assist the Superintendent in execution of projects with overview and guidance from the Senior Project Manager, Project Manager, Project Superintendent and the balance of the project team. Understand, communicate and ensure that the vision of the customer is met on each and every project. In addition, assist the project team in the pursuit of new projects.  Background check, MVR report and drug testing are required for employment.

Job Requirements
  • Four year Engineering, Construction, or Architectural related degree from an accredited College or University or other related degree if supported by construction oriented course work or experience.
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and Word.  Working knowledge of estimating, project management and cost accounting principles and software is preferred.
