    COMPENSATION

    General Manager average total compensation ranges from $60,000 to $125,000!!!

    Assistant General Manager average total compensation range from $45,000 to $50,000!!!

    1st Assistant Manager average total compensation range from $40,000 to $45,000!!!

    2nd Assistant Manager average total compensation range from $35,000 to $40,000!!!

    Kitchen Managers average total compensation range from $30,000 to $35,000!!!

     

    REQUIREMENTS:


    Entry Level

    • Minimum 2 years college
    • Some restaurant, supervision or leadership experience

     

    Higher Level Entry

    • Education and experience commensurate with level
