We are hiring for a Customer Relations & Customer Experience Associate for one of our client’s growing campaigns.  This position serves as the main intermediary between our clients and their consumers for the presentation and support of their products and services.  The Customer Relations Associate is literally the face, voice and spirit of our clients to the consumer and is one of the most valued positions in our firm.  We provide extensive training in all product knowledge, company policies, conflict resolution, customer service and sales strategy and more. This is a fast-paced work environment as we are currently undergoing a regional expansion and we are looking for not only our next team members but also our next team leaders.



Purpose of the Position:

Maximize customer satisfaction and customer acquisition through daily interactions with interested consumers, educating them on product offerings and conducting follow ups to ensure that policies are responsive to consumer needs.  Responsible for providing excellent customer service representing our firm and our clients with the highest degree of professionalism, courtesy, and integrity in all interactions with existing and potential customers.

  • Proactively deliver customer service and sales support for all assigned customer leads
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of consumer data in sales transactions
  • Build strong relationships with team members, superiors and consumers
  • Attend regular meetings and conferences – light travel involved
  • Job Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Completion of an undergraduate program or equivalent work experience preferred
    • Ability to communicate effectively with consumers, staff and management
    • A strong customer service mentality paired with a friendly, helpful personality
    • Incredible attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
    • High scheduling flexibility – the ability to work some weekends for larger projects
