Web-Don, a building supply company with over two decades in the Raleigh region, is looking for a regional sales representative to provide our customers with quality products for their projects as well as find new sales opportunities in one of the fastest-growing markets in the United States.

Web-Don has established their brand in the North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee as being one of the industry’s leaders in, engineered stone, cultured marble, semi-custom cabinets, and many other kitchen and bath building supplies. Our next regional sales representative will be responsible for taking our sales in this region to next level.

The ideal candidate must have several years' experience with commercial/B2B sales related to the building sector. Familiarity with wood-working and kitchen and bath product lines would be strongly preferred. Candidates should be very comfortable with technology, have the ability to organize and plan effectively and be able to partner with other company sales staff to share information as well as coach and mentor others.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establish name recognition and sales by developing a viable pipeline of new business.
  • Gain comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape and market and how/where Web-Don fits and can grow
  • Identify, implement, record, and measure regular, continuous prospecting efforts throughout territory to grow market share; identify top commercial and residential accounts; utilize to prospect and record lead generation and communication
  • Conduct regular and meaningful customer contact
  • Effectively sell, target and research appropriate accounts
  • Ability to work a large territory, prioritize accounts and understand the big picture on driving revenues for the company. 
  • Job Requirements

    Requirements include:

    • Minimum of 4 years of sales experience in engineered stone and/or cabinets in the kitchen and bath or building supply industry. 
    • Has demonstrated skills developing long-term customer partnerships (customer acquisition, development, and retention)
    • Has strong planning, organizational, and territory management skills
    • Creative, motivated with assertive consultative selling, conceptual selling, and negotiation skills
    • Is PC proficient in a Windows environment
    • Requires daily travel, some overnight
    • Holds a valid driver’s license
