Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


Ø  Answering incoming sales calls

Ø  Making outbound sales solicitations

Ø  Doing field inquiries regarding price and availability

Ø  Tracking shipments

Ø  Responding to customer needs in a timely and efficient manner


Job Requirements

Ø  Must have strong organizational and follow up skills

Ø  Must provide excellent customer service​

Ø  Be able to communicate effectively; both written and verbal

Ø  Ability to work in fast paced environment

Ø  Possess strong computer skills (including knowledge of Word and Excel)

Ø  College Degree preferred

Ø  Spanish speaking a plus

Ø  Call Center experience a plus

Ø  Tire/automotive experience a plus
