Job Description This is an opportunity to join a fun and fast paced environment. We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative (Business Development Manager) to join a team in the Grand Forks market. This position offers a base salary plus commission, car and cell phone allowance. JOB SUMMARY
In this position, you will be responsible for building relationships and growing business. You will be connecting with area employers and companies to learn about possible ways to partner. 
  • The BDM or account executive is the person who sells advertising and works closely with marketing businesses to the station listeners. Or local companies looking to advertise for the station.
  • Outbound sales in a fast pace fun environment, this is no typical 9-5.
  • Relax and be your own boss while earning untapped income. 
  • 35k base plus commission 
  • Job Requirements

    OBJECTIVE:

    •                      Compile lists of prospective customers.

    •                      Prospect via internet, telephone, cold calling, networking, social media and face-to-face meetings.

    •                      Build relationships with decision makers.

    •                      Partner with internal staff to facilitate the placement process and provide clients with a high level of customer service.

    •                      Maintain client relationships and seek new opportunities for areas of growth.

    •                      Identify and adapt to changing market trends.

    •                      Build your portfolio through ongoing new business development.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    •                      Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Marketing preferred

    •                      Valid driver’s license

    •                      Outside sales experience is a plus!
