  • Candidate will be responsible for researching billing claims submitted by customers, assist with network integrity, disconnect desk and other special projects as needed. Must be detail oriented and self motivated.
  • Handles Executive Escalation Management ,Auditing,quality Assurance
  • Initiates action to ensure the correct group is contacted in order to resolve issues/escalations and follow up to closure
  • Handles special projects assigned as needed by management; Manages general administrative duties.
