Job Description Great real estate company is seeking a Client Reporting Specialist to join their team. This is a temp to hire position, Pay is $17/hour

Position Summary:

Responsible for collaborating with Supervisor, Senior Client Reporting Specialist, Client Manager, Asset Managers, Auction Staff and Attorneys/Trustees to prepare internal and external trustee reporting, provide sales results to Attorneys/Trustees and respond to a variety of post-auction related matters.

 

Responsibilities/duties:

  • Prepare weekly internal and external client reports

  • Report timely sales results to attorneys/trustees

  • Prepares special reporting requests for client management and executive management

  • Work with attorneys/trustees and accounting department to reconcile final sale status

  • Respond to post-auction questions and requests from clients, buyers, and attorneys/trustees

  • Maintains all client reporting mock-ups and distribution list current

  • Provide certificate of sale for attorney/trustees via Box.com when requested

  • Review and process sale rescissions

  • Update auction sale date calendars

  • Comply with Company core values and guiding principles

  • May perform other duties as assigned

     

    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in MS Office including Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

  • Strong attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to multi-task

  • Strong time management and organizational skills required

  • Must perform well in fast-paced environment and under pressure with time-driven tasks

  • Ability to adapt to change

  • Willingness to work collectively in a team environment

  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly

     

    Education/Experience:

  • High School Diploma required

  • Associates or Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in Business, Real Estate or related field preferred

  • Minimum of two years prior asset management and/or foreclosure experience
