Our client, a construction organization located in Clayton, is seeking a Recruiter Assistant to join their growing team. This is a full-time, direct-hire, opportunity that pays within the range of $35, 000 - $45, 000 annually, plus bonus. This client also has an EXCELLENT benefits package!  
 
JOB DUTIES:

  • Research and source potential candidates
  • Review resumes
  • Enter leads into applicant tracking system
  • Research, recommend  and implement innovative sourcing methods and strategies
  • Research various college programs
  • Support the college recruiting program to include event set up, resume review, and job postings
  • Create new job openings in applicant tracking system as requested
  • Manage online postings to include company website and third party vendors, as well as track expenses
  • Run recruitment reports as requested
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews
  • Assist HR Recruiters with other various administrative tasks

  • REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field
  • 1-5 years previous relevant experience in administrative functions, HR or Talent Acquisition administration and data entry functions
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Must be extremely organized and detail oriented
  • Have excellent communication and high-level of customer service for internal and external clients
