Bishop and Co. is seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Support Agent opportunity for a local company in downtown Honolulu, HI.

Customer Support Agent #15840

Job Duties:

  • Answer customer inquiries about eligibility, provider services, and benefits. Resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Document customer calls completely and accurately.
  • Assist customers while demonstrating expertise of company products and programs.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

  • Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum six (6) months of work experience in customer service, preferably in the healthcare field.
  • Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.

  • Additional Information:

  • Working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm 
  • Pay: $13.00/hr
  • Job Type: Temp-to-hire
  • No parking provided.
