Young Adult Services Licensed Clinical Program Manager

Join the dedicated team of professionals in our Young Adult Services (YAS) Program 24/7 facility located in Willimantic, CT.   United Services is a private, non-profit behavioral health center seeking a seasoned administrator to manage a diverse array of YAS programming including clinical, case management, nursing, vocational, recreational transitional living and housing services for young adults, ages 18-25, who have a diagnosed mental illness and are in need of community-based support services. If you have knowledge and experience providing mental health, substance abuse, and trauma informed care services for young adults, an understanding of the developmental issues of this population, and supervisory experience please consider becoming part of our team.

Schedule:  Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.  You may be required to work a flexible schedule which may occasionally include weekends, morning or evening hours based on program need.   

Minimum Requirements: Position requires a Connecticut LCSW, LPC or LMFT.  A minimum of three to five years of relevant human services/young adult services is required. Two to three of the required experience must be supervisory experience. Excellent management skills required.
