Job Description Established Kansas City company is actively searching for an experienced Administrative Assistant / Sales Support professional.

The Administrative Assistant - Sales Support position includes a variety of duties that include:

Assist the sales team with researching potential opportunities and new projects Track and manage status updates Coordinate and format sales reports on weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis Process sales qoutes Handle inbound and outbound inquiries from customers, respond in a timely manner and track responses Handle and track all warranty claims Provide administrative assistance to operations department Assist in special projects as requested by managers Excellent benefits. Job Requirements

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / SALES SUPPORT: 

  • 3+ years working as a Administrative Assistant / Sales Support
  • Experience in customer service
  • Experience with reports using Excel preferred
  • Excellent Microsoft Office Skills
