Job Description Established Little Rock, Arkansas Consumer Products Manufacturer is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager to join their team.


  • Define, manage, audit, and take ownership of the QMS for the site; act as management representative for QMS.
  • Ensure integrity of Quality Control departments and processes for the site.
  • Drive quality control and cost improvements for the site with the use of QC resources.
  • Identify and manage quality risk to the facility, company, and customer.
  • Plan and perform Management Evaluation Meetings with top management.
  • Develop and improve internal procedures and systems.
  • Recruit, manage, motivate and develop employees in the department.
  • Provide customers with a high and uniform quality level of products and support in quality issues.
  • Responsible for ensuring communication and sharing between BUs and Group.
  • Development of suppliers to help ensure continual success and improvement.
  • Provide site point of contact on customer issues or corrective action responses.
  • Cooperate with customers’ QA representatives, Service Department, Operations & Factory Management and the Division Quality Department.
  • Job Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related filed is required
    • 5-8 years QC Management related manufacturing experience including supervising employees
    • Mandatory knowledge of ISO process with 3-5 years in role as management representative
    •       Lean Manufacturing certification, Six Sigma certification, and ASQ CQE & CQM are preferred
    • Effective oral and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
