On behalf of Nefab Americas, we are searching for a Business Development Manager to be based in Atlanta and work the Metro Atlanta area, also covering some accounts in the broader Southeast region. A territory with lots of potential to grow new business.

Job RequirementsTo be successful in the position, you must have 5+ years of experience and a proven sales track record preferably from the packaging industry. As Business Development Manager you will initiate, develop and grow further business in the territory by initiating contact with potential customers, identifying their needs, work through the projects, and provide complete packaging solutions (CPS) and services to meet those needs. Internally, you will act as a project manager and coordinate with the Packaging Engineering team regarding design requirements and work with production, operation etc. The ideal candidate can generate conceptual multi-material packaging solutions and create supporting documentation to support estimating, shop production, and bill of material documents. You will also be the one to make the quotes/proposals. Nefab is not looking for ‘one time sales’ but to build long-lasting relationships with customers. It is therefore crucial to be a good problem solver with a holistic view on solution and relationships. The Business Development Manager will report to the Regional Managing Director, and will work side-by-side with the General Manager of the Atlanta facility.
