Cape Fox Federal Integrators is seeking an experienced Training Support Specialist. An active Secret clearance is required.
The Training Support Specialist would assist the training manager with providing a standardized and progressive training and education program both at the Family Programs Directorate and throughout Army Reserve Operational, Functional, Training and Support Commands and their down-trace units. This on-going and comprehensive training program shall be designed to communicate and enhance unification of one voice for communicating Army Reserve requirements and capabilities.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
Assist with providing ARFP orientation/training to all new employees and volunteers. The contractor shall provide assistance with event/curriculum development, planning and execution of Orientation, workshops, planning meetings, and conferences.
Assist with the planning, and training for all facets of Family Programs, coordinate with supporting agencies to ensure availability of materials, supplies, equipment, and subject matter experts as needed to conduct the training.
Set up classroom set-up, and supplemental materials for all ARFP training events.
Assist with maintaining on-going list of student registration and attendance at training events IAW requirements.
Assist with monitoring classroom events and administer evaluation critics.
Assist with planning and executing mobilization and reunion training and briefings on weekdays and weekends for deploying units as requested.
Assist with ensuring mailing of information to Family members, and/or significant others identified by the Soldier.
Must be tactful, discrete, and articulate
Superior organizational, oral, written, communication skills
Proficient user of Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook as well as the ability to manipulate information in existing databases using software such as Access
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field
A minimum of five year of experience in a support role of relation position
Active secret clearance is required
Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
