The ideal individual will have well-rounded
experience in a high-quality production gage/tool holder shop. Lead by example is key to success.
Must have excellent organizational skills,
effective time management, clear communication, team building, and motivational
Establishes production priorities, monitors
progress, and resolves production issues.
Schedules the flow of work with
employees/machinist/outsourcing to ensure On-Time deliveries.
Lead weekly production meeting discussions
regarding work in progress, new orders, program status changes, production
headcount changes and updates, if any
Maintains a safe and productive shop
Update and maintain shop equipment. Understand
company’s purchasing approval process and instructions.
Discuss capital equipment needs with
administrative manager. Involvement in annual capital expenditure budget for
Address all employee needs, hiring of qualified
machinist and ongoing employee evaluations.
Familiarity with ISO compliance a plus
5 years of experience in manufacturing/production environment.
Previous management experience preferred.
