Job Description Allied Resources has an immediate opening for a Lead Mechanical Engineer with a progressive and innovative global company headquarted in the Northeast! The Lead Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for Reliability and Maintenance projects within a refinery or petrochecmical setting. This individual will be as a Subject Matter Expert and mechanical consulting team leader in the refinery and petrochemical industries. The Lead Mechanical Engineer will participate in analytical problem solving using industry failure analysis and design software. Job RequirementsRequirements BachelorDegree in Mechanical Engineering 10-15 years experience in refinery or petrochemical mechanical engineering. Must be highly proficient in Compress , PVElite, CAESAR II, and Abaqus. 5 years of in-plant engineering, troubleshooting, analytical engineering design problem solving and project management. Experienced in Project Management,Proposal Development, Employee Development and Business Development. Working knowledge of industry design codes such as ASME, API, etc. Excellent communication skills.
