Job Description Supporting our company team with administrative needs; providing confidential administrative support in a high-profile environment.     Answering/routing telephone calls; answering viewers inquiries; maintaining calendars; prioritizing and scheduling meeting requests; organizing logistics and preparing materials for station meetings; preparing and maintaining monthly and quarterly reports; coordinating shipping and receiving; making travel arrangements; ordering supplies and promotional materials; processing and maintaining records and invoices; preparing related expense reports and reimbursements; identifying cost-effective solutions; planning and coordinating catered meals; maintaining databases and spreadsheets; analyzing data and designing/generating associated reports; establishing and organizing filing systems and performing related responsibilities as required.

Job Requirements• One year of experience as an administrative assistant or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multi-task and work within the parameters of strict deadlines
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
• Strong technical proficiency is required, including expert knowledge of Microsoft Office; i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Photoshop
• Must possess skills to become proficient in software applications, databases and systems used by the company
