Talent Acquisition Manager / Recruiting Manager

Kum & Go is currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to bring talent acquisition experience and world-class sourcing, recruiting and selection techniques for recruiting talent in our stores.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will specialize in store recruiting, providing consulting to District Supervisors, Store Managers, and Human Resources on store hiring needs. The Manager will create strategies to find great store associates in competitive markets like Des Moines, Omaha, and Denver. This position will work with leadership to build a recruiting plan and effective sourcing strategy for new store openings, summer hiring, and hard-to-fill markets. In addition, this role actively sources and recruits all store talent. As needed, the Manager will assist with hiring for corporate positions.
The Manager provides significant contributions and expertise in the following areas: talent acquisition consulting, innovative sourcing strategies, recruitment and selection process, social media tools, process improvement, and employment law. In addition, this role contributes to key projects, such as improvements in the store hiring process, or new sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill markets
