We are currently seeking an individual for the position of Operations Manager.  As the Operations Manageryou will direct the efforts of large dairy manufacturing facility. You will be tasked with providing the future road map for the plants strategic initiatives to insure marketplace sustainability and product quality. Position reports to the VP of Operations.

Job Requirements

●  5 years of proven progressive management experience overseeing multiple Food or Ingredient Manufacturing facilities

●  Experience with progressive management systems such as Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing

●  Exceptional skills in budgetary management
