Job Description
  • Works cooperatively with the Organization’s Finance Department staff and operating staff in the Organization’s efforts in the appropriate and proper management of consumer assets

  • Responsible for periodic site visits to administrative offices and consumer residences for the purpose of on-site verification of, at a minimum,  expenditures, account balances, proper use of petty cash and credit cards and separation of functions

  • Assists with training of new administrative staff in all procedures/practices related to the management of consumer assets

  • Provides input and recommendations to the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and practices related to the management of consumer assets

  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Job Requirements
    • Must successfully complete the required pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings

    • Must possess at least two years of consumer funds experience

    • Must possess strong computer skills                                                                                                           

    • Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred)

    • Must be available to travel to company sites as needed
