Job Description

International Management Partners is looking to hire immediately for our full time Sales Rep position!

We focus on closing new accounts and retaining business for our clients. We focus on direct marketing and sales and have a proven management training program that gets the job done.

Our reps are trained in sales, interviewing, team building, public speaking, and work directly with upper level management to gain experience in all aspects of business.


  • Build relationships with new and current customers, acquiring new business while making sure customers are educated about products and services
  • Meet one on one with our clients and customers
  • Conduct daily training's and meetings with management
  • Present goals and growth opportunities
  • Conduct weekly interviews
  • Job Requirements

    No prior sales & marketing experience is necessary, and we train our team to learn a variety of skills from sales and human resources to management and mentor-ship. We are looking for candidates that may be new to the workforce or who have work experience, but are willing to start from the bottom up in order to learn the complexities and opportunities within a new industry.
