Job Description This is an exciting opportunity to partner with a Fortune 100 Company to manage an existing Allstate agency operation in a management capacity with a guaranteed base salary, strong incentives to drive production and business development results, with plenty of upward mobility. An existing Allstate agency is seeking a high-caliber, senior sales management professional with insurance experience and experience in running a successful sales team to enter into a unique opportunity within our existing business. While focusing on the P&C side, all Allstate agencies are multi-service, so an ideal sales manager will have experience in life and financial services as well as auto & home.

Job Responsibilities 
The sales manager will be responsible for managing the day to day operations of this agency, developing the marketing and business strategy, handling client disputes, claims and questions, hiring and motivating a select group of sales professionals to drive production in a fast-paced and competitive environment.  The agency is looking for someone with very strong sales skills who can and will not only produce, but will demonstrate these skills and pass them on to team members.

Job Requirements
  • 7-10 years of insurance/financial services sales experience
  • Current and active Property & Casualty and Life & Health state issued licenses
  • Strong track record of sales and business development success
  • Experience in managing and motivating a sales staff; ability to seek and select qualified personnel to drive production
