Job Description Regulatory and Quality Coordinator

The Greysmith Companies is looking for a Regulatory and Quality Coordinator to work under the direction of the Regulatory & Quality Manager assisting with all regulatory compliance aspects of the business to include: DOT, OSHA, EPA, DHS, CBP and other regulations as required. This position is a full time, direct hire role working with one of our fastest growing clients. This position offers an excellent work environment within a stable organization.

    Areas of Responsibility

  • Complete regulatory and risk management assessments on all products
  • Complete set up process of all products within the Company’s ERP System
  • Review, update and control all product specific technical and regulatory documentation such as SDS, TDS, Product Specifications, etc.
  • Participate in the regulatory compliance of the Company’s on-site sample program including managing the Hazardous Chemical Inventory List
  • Approve and track volume of product importations as necessary to ensure compliance with applicable regulations
  • Complete regulatory compliance reporting & permitting requirements as required
  • Prepare monthly compliance product reports as necessary for Suppliers of Service
  • Participate in the risk management review for customers and suppliers
  • Fulfill all customer requests for product specific technical and regulatory documentation
  • Ensure customer specific requirements with regards to product specifications and quality are met
  • Obtain and maintain up to date regulatory information and required documentation from suppliers, transportation and warehouse service providers
  • Ensure that audits are completed by all suppliers, transportation and warehouse service providers as necessary
  • Internal point of contact for completion of all customer surveys and questionnaires related to products and regulatory compliance
  • Review, evaluate and report on federal, state and local regulatory developments relevant to the business of the Company
  • Position Requirements

  • 4 year college graduate preferred
  • Political Science or Legal Studies related degree preferred
