Our client is seeking a Operations Manager or their Flagship operation. As the Operations Manager you will be leading a team of 100 associates to perform at the highest levels of efficiency, due to your engagement abilities. Your skills in the areas of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement will add to your success.  This is a position with high promotion potential for the high performing individual.  If you like to be in the center of the action and want to grow your career, then this position is definitely for you !  Position reports to the Plant Manager for the facility.

Job Requirements*  Four year degree or off-setting leadership experience in a Food Processing
