Job Description
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of inventory software
  • Maintain organization of products & documentation, according to company policy and procedures
  • Performs all duties necessary for the storage, distribution and, maintenance of the inventory
  • Monitors and maintains current inventory levels; processes purchasing orders as required; tracks orders and investigates problems.
  • Records purchases, maintains database, performs physical count of inventory, and reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
  • Receives, unpacks, and delivers goods; re-stocks items as necessary; labels shelves.
  • Processes and documents returns as required following established procedures.
  • Ability and effectiveness to manage time to meet required deadlines
  • Exhibits ability to think creatively in order to devise best inventory control practices
  • Possess a strong sense of team work and common sense; not afraid to ask questions

  • Demonstrates strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt to quickly changing demands and requirements without diminishing accuracy of work.

  • Job Requirements
    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Minimum 3 years in an inventory related role
    • Must have purchasing experience
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills across various levels of the organization
    • Previous experience with performing audits, cycle counts and providing inventory data



    • Standard 40-hour work week applies
    • Overtime will be required as necessary
    • Frequently lift and/or move up to 75 pounds, may occasionally be required to lift up to 125 pounds
