We have partnered with a reputable Gulf Coast construction company to recruit an Office Manager, due to their current office manager relocating. Our client is looking to select a dynamic, detail oriented person to run their office while maintaining the high level of customer service their company is synonymous with.  The hours for this temp to hire position are Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with a pay range of up to $20 per hour.



Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Timekeeping for site and submitting to payroll each week
  • Creating and processing purchase orders, work closely with vendors and colleagues to ensure all materials are ordered and received on time.
  • Keeping minutes for meetings
  • Managing and entering data in 3 different servers
  •

    Job Requirements

    Office Manager Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of hands on administrative experience in a high volume, deadline driven environment.
    • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office version 2010 software programs, especially Excel
    • Must have strong telephone and email etiquette
    • Strong technical abilities in order to pick up complex software programs easily
