Job Description

The Associate, Field Placement Operations, works closely with the entire Field Experience department and is a key source for resolution of technical issues for staff and outside stakeholders related to all technical processes in the Field Experiences Department.  S/he handles the day-to-day operations, systems maintenance, and reporting as well as assignments or projects as directed by the supervisor or manager.  The Associate, Field Placement Operations, works under general supervision and exercises some initiative and independent judgment in the performance of assigned tasks.


Essential Functions and Responsibilities - 


  • Maintains the Student Relationship Management software system (SRM), SharePoint, Google Sites, and Qualtrics projects.
  • Conducts data checks and scrubs as directed.
  • Triages email correspondence to the department from students, staff, clinical supervisors and host teachers.
  • Manages applications, appeals, extensions, and MOUs.
  • Tracks student progress according to audit requirements.
  • Produces and distributes weekly statistical reports and dashboards to management of the department to monitor progress and production.
  • Processes Clinical Supervisor Statements of Work.
  • Provides support for projects regarding data collection and accreditation.
  • Conducts degree verifications for clinical supervisors and host teachers as needed.
  • Processes all clinical supervisor and host teacher payments.

    Required Skills 

    • Must be technologically competent with data entry, Outlook email and calendar, MS Office, and database, or equivalent experience.
    • Demonstrated database implementation and ongoing management.
    • Strong verbal and writing skills with ability to present information clearly, concisely and accurately.
    • Solid organization ability.
