Interim Healthcare of Tulsa has several RN positions available in our Home Health Department and we are looking for committed, compassionate nurses to join our team. Currently we have a full time position, as well as a weekend on-call position available. Interim is a rapidly growing agency servicing a 50 mile radius of Tulsa, OK. Previous Home Health experience in OASIS documentation, Medicare guidelines and Quality Assurance is required. Required license or certification:
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current state license in good standing.
• One (1) year of nursing experience.
• One (1) year home health experience preferred.
• Able to provide proof of current Basic Life Support (BLS) training including adults, children and infants.
