Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team! In business since 1975, this stable company has a casual and friendly work environment. You will be responsible for helping customers (B2B) by providing product and service information and resolving issues.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
  • Job Requirements
      • At least 4 years B2B customer service experience.

      • Strong telephone skills, pleasant voice, clear speaker in English

      • Effectively manage high volume of incoming calls

      • Gain basic knowledge, and eventually in depth knowledge, of a wide range of products.

      • Face to face interactions with walk in customers and internal customers

      • Excellent Communication (Verbal and in writing) and Customer Service Skills.

      • Must be a Team Player and Work effectively with Co-workers, Sales Team, Warehouse and Office Team Members in a high energy, diverse environment.

      • Proficient working in Windows environment. Ability to quickly learn new windows based programs.
