    Job Requirements

    Be part of a respected teamThrivent Financial has one of the most respected teams of professionals in the financial services industry. And we’re growing! While you do not need to be Lutheran to become a financial representative, it’s important to have the ability to build solid relationships with Lutheran members and congregations. You also must:

    • Become a Thrivent Financial insurance or annuity product owner within 90 days of contact.
    • Obtain and maintain state insurance licenses (life/health, variable annuity, variable universal life); and FINRA Series 7 and 66, or Series 7 and 65; and other state-specific licenses as needed.
    • Have no additional employment.
