Eagle Aviation, Inc. is currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. This position is responsible for all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment, new hire orientations, benefit renewals and enrollments, performance reviews, advising 12 Managers, employee counseling and/or terminations and other related matters, workers compensation, OSHA, EEOC Compliance, PRIA, MIS, VEVRA and all required annual reports. Will be responsible for HRIS Management System and advising payroll of appropriate payroll deductions, etc. Must be highly experienced with Affirmative Action Compliance and FAA/DOT Federal Drug Testing/Regulations. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment, exceptional interpersonal skills, extensive computer skills, strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A degree in HR is preferred but compatible experience will be considered. SHRM Certification and/or prior aviation experience is a plus.
