The Job Window has an opening for a Assistant Manager on behalf of our client, a leader in experimental marketing & client acquisitions in Roswell.  Our client specializes in creating and implementing customized marketing strategies for a large portfolio of clients. By using a personalized approach to brand recognition, our client is able to connect brands directly with consumers through merchandising, sales, direct advertising, sampling, promotions, lead generation and special events within local markets and businesses including major retail locations across the globe!

In this entry level role, the Assistant Manager will use their natural enthusiasm to assist the retail marketing division & client acquisitions team with all tasks involved in developing and executing the company's overall marketing plan.


  • Establish, plan, and manage retail event campaign from start to finish including arranging kiosk space and keeping accurate records of event materials.
  • Serve as a product advisor for consumers in retail event campaign spaces by educating consumers on product features and trends and helping to expand sales opportunities throughout the corporation.
  • Build compelling product presentations to present to consumers directly at on-site marketing events; report results to senior team.
  • Work with the Senior Brand Managers on assisting with marketing strategy and development of sales channels ensuring, positive brand impact and consistency.
  • Work with external agencies to build marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Continuously explore innovative approaches to execute and optimize in a resource challenged environment
  • Job Requirements


    • 1-2years’ relevant work experience at a firm working in retail, advertising, marketing, and related industries.
    • College or University Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications an asset.
    • Strong multi-tasking skills.
    • Project management experience.
    • Comfortable in a fast changing environment.
    • Comfortable working alone and within team environments.
    • Expertise and proven track record of defining marketing strategies and implementing them to drive brand awareness and sales.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to present to and work with senior leadership
    • Valid driver’s license, access to a vehicle, and ability to travel to designated retail marketing locations an asset.
