Overview:

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for ensuring delivery of the highest quality of care to residents.  

Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for managing and directing all operations at the facility. The Administrator will be responsible for day to day operations, managing staff, recruiting new patients, ensuring compliance with all government regulations and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction at the home.





Job Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Nursing Home Administrator license.
  • Experience in long term care preferred.

  • Must have good organizational, planning and controlling skills and the ability to relate to people.

  • Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of people and personalities.
