Butler University seeks an Administrative Assistant – Communications and Records Coordinator to coordinate the operation of the University’s Department of Public Safety’s communication center and records unit.
The Butler University Police Department (BUPD) is a sanctioned law enforcement agency by Indiana statute. All officers are graduates of the Indiana Law Enforcement Training Academy. BUPD is the chief agency for responding to calls for service on and immediately next to the campus of Butler.
Physical and Environmental Demands Summary:
Repetitive movement of hands and fingers, typing and/or working. Frequent standing, and/or sitting. Occasional walking, stopping, kneeling or crouching. This position may work outside on occasions in all types of weather for special events.
