Bachelor Degree in technical or business field plus
three to five years’ experience in manufacturing processes with exposure to
lean manufacturing techniques, or equivalent education and experience
Developed verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing interpersonal and group

Detailed knowledge of fabrication and assembly techniques, processes, and methods.
Developed technical knowledge in mechanical,
electrical, and electronics applications.
