Job Description This position’s primary focus is intended to support Talent Acquisition in the area of TeamWorks data entry for lead generation and data maintenance. Secondarily this position may support the collection, maintenance, and distribution of information as it relates to specific talent acquisition needs. This position works closely with a multidisciplinary team to support the broader directives of Talent Acquisition leadership. Talent Acquisition Data Specialists must acquire a thorough understanding of TeamHealth’s processes and demonstrate flexibility, a sense of urgency, ability to prioritize, be detailed oriented and excel in providing excellent customer service to various key stakeholders.


  • Works to perform data entry in a timely, accurate manner.
  • Understands TeamHealth standard processes and demonstrates ability to perform data entry in a consistent manner.
  • Works with Research and Analytics Manager on any training needs.
  • Understands and strives to meet accuracy and productivity goals.
  • Participates as requested in all departmental meetings and initiatives.
  • Assist with special projects as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Job Requirements
    • One to three years of experience, in healthcare related field
    • Three to five years’ experience at using PC and database applications.
    • Proficient computer skills (Outlook, Word and Excel)
    • Familiarity with modern office equipment, i.e. facsimile, copier, scanner, etc.
    • Ability to grasp and apply technical concepts.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (both oral and written).
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with an orientation towards professionalism and customer service.
    • Ability to self-motivate and work with minimal direction/supervision.
    • Thrives on meeting productivity and accuracy goals.
    • Excellent judgement, decision-making and problem solving skills
    • Detailed oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills accompanied by flexibility to quickly adapt to any new business environment.
    • Experience in handling simultaneous assignments by assessing project deadlines, establishing work priorities, and coordinating personal work schedule.
