Food quality assurance managers are responsible for ensuring that food products meet standards set by both their companies and regulatory authorities. They will develop and review quality and safety policies and manage audits by third-party inspectors. Managers will train quality assurance employees and oversee manufacturing and production processes.  Directly reporting to the Vice President.

Job Requirements
  • ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • oversee the development, implementation, review, and maintenance of the SQF system
  • training including the GMP, HACCP, Allergen programs
  • food safety training and retain HACCP certification and SQF practitioner status
  • Preventative controls for FSMA 
  • effective implementation and maintenance of the SQF system
