Job Description

Our client is a growing international organization that is continuing to expand their US presence. With this growth we now have the need for an experienced Plant Superintendent. As the Plant Superintendent you will asked to enhance a culture of workforce engagement. Your skills in the areas of Continuous Improvement, Kaizen, Lean, and other progressive management approaches will provide your success in this role.  You will be leading a team of 50 Production Associates in the daily management of a very high paced manufacturing environment. You will also asked to develop future bench strength for this and other plants within the organization. Position reports to the Plant Operations Manager.

Job Requirements

* BS Degree, off-setting industry experience will be considered

* 2 Years of prior Continuous Improvement experience

* Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5'S, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement

* Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments
