STM Charters, Inc is seeking a dynamic and qualified candidate to fill the open position of Executive Assistant. A qualified candidate is required to have an Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position or 5 years in a junior administrative assistant position. This position autonomously and professionally carries out administrative tasks and coordinates daily office functions in response to the operational requirements of the business and in support of the office of the president. An individual in this position manages all functions relating to the administrative tasks necessary to support the ongoing business needs of the president, manages company correspondence and communications, coordinates meetings, group and special events, and ensures that the office environment and equipment are adequately maintained in support of daily business functions. The candidate placed in this position will function in a dual role providing assistance to the president with personal issues as required and managing the office and facility as required. This position will be located in the Whitefish/Kalispell, MT area.

Essential Functions: · Demonstrates proficient abilities needed to provide personal assistance (business and personal) in organizing and maintaining all tasks in support of the office of the president. · Develops and distributes company-wide correspondence and communications as required, both internally and externally. · Initiates and follows through on all elements and details of meeting planning and coordination as relates to the office of the president. · Supports the office of the president through coordination of facilities management, maintenance and administrative office support. Required Cognitive Skills: · Maintains the highest possible level of confidentiality on behalf of the office of the president and the company. · Displays a positive attitude with energy and enthusiasm toward assuming new roles and challenges. · Strong work ethic with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility of multiple tasks as required. · Self-motivated and autonomous with consistent follow through. · Strong interpersonal (written and oral communications, logic and decision-making) and organizational skills. · Demonstrates above average organizational and planning skills with appropriate attention to detail. · Maintains the highest levels of honesty and integrity.
