  • Accept & receipt money from departments
  • Close Service and Parts Invoices
  • Assist Service and Parts Customers 
  • Maintain customer satisfaction excellence
  • Maintain sales key log 
  • Maintain sales check in/out log 
  • Back up telephone operator
  • Maintain vending company refund money and receipts 
  • Maintain petty cash money and vouchers
  • This part-time Evening Cashier schedule is currently Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 4:30 to 8:00 pm, Tuesday off, Friday 4:30 to 7 pm, and Saturday 7:30 am to 6 pm.

    • Education and/or Experience -High School education or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Language Skills - Ability to read, write and articulate the English language.
    • Mathematical Skills - Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with10's and 100's; Ability to perform these operations using units of American money, weight, measurement, volume, a distance.
    • Reasoning Ability - Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions; Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
    • Computer Skills - Basic PC knowledge required; Knowledge of Microsoft Excel preferred; Knowledge of processing credit or debit card transactions & validating checks preferred.
