Job Description Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper
Our client is searching for an Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper! The Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper serves two primary responsibilities.   First, they support the company by performing general accounting functions and administrative functions.  Second, the Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper will assist the CEO with miscellaneous tasks as needed which includes payroll and other business interested of the CEO. 

Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper Responsibilities:
  • Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable
  • Daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as defined by the CEO
  • Provide backup to other office functions in the case of absences, etc. 
  • Clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by the CEO including filing, scheduling, reports, travel arrangements, answering calls and email correspondence

  • Job Requirements
    Executive Assistant/Bookkeeper Requirements:

    • 2-4 year degree
    • Strong understanding and ability to work with Quickbooks
    • MS Office expertise, especially Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.)
    • Apple products knowledge and experience including Mail and Calendar apps
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Self-motivated
    • Ability to follow directions
    • Discretion and confidentiality are critical to this position
