Help Desk Tech I – Temp position
Altair Advanced Industries, a member of the Alpha Group, which provides world-class powering solutions, seeks a Help Desk Technician 1 to join their team in Bellingham, WA. This is a temp position for approximately 6 months.
This position provides technical support for end-users. Resolves basic-to-moderate problems in support of the Help Desk. Interacts closely with network, communications, and security administrators to assist in the restoration of services and to identify and help correct core problems.
Requirements and Skills:
Education: 2 Year Degree in field of computer information systems or related
Experience: Less than 1 year
PC Application Skills:
Intermediate level: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Project
• Current Microsoft MCP certification or higher• Current A+ certification• Prior SAP experience
