The Quality Assurance Manager plans, coordinates, creates and directs production Quality Assurance programs. Manages workers engaged in Inspection & Testing activities to ensure high productivity and high technical integrity. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Quality Department Programs. Responsibilities also include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
