Job Description

This is a full-time position located in Willimantic to provide and coordinate services for tenants in Brick Row and the surrounding community. Brick Row is a supported housing project for people who are low income and may suffer from serious and prolonged mental illness and/or substance abuse problems. Many of these people were previously homeless. The case manager plays a critical role in assessing needs, developing and managing community service plans with tenants, and providing counseling.

Minimum Requirements:  Bachelors Degree in relevant human services field required. 

 

Salary range: $14.62 – $16.54 per hour depending on experience
